Author Kirk Scroggs is signing his new children's book 'Tales of a Sixth-Grade Muppet' at Disney's Soda Fountain & Studio Store (right next to Disney's El Capitan Theatre) today from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Disney's Soda Fountain & Studio Store is located at 6834 Hollywood Boulevard and directions can be found  here.
