December 16, 2012 - Cimorelli and The Trojan Men have a free outdoor concert at CityWalk tonight

Pop/rock band Cimorelli and USC's only all-male a cappella group The Trojan Men hit the stage at Universal Studios CityWalk Hollywood to perform a free concert for fans tonight!  The concert is taking place from 6-9 p.m. at CityWalk's 5 Towers Concert Venue.  In addition to being free, this concert is also outdoors, so dress warm.

November 28, 2012 - L.A. LIVE lights their Christmas tree and rings in the holidays with a huge free concert

L.A. LIVE is kicking off the holidays with free concert, they'll also be lighting their 66' Christmas tree lighting tonight!  This huge concert starts at 7:00 p.m. and will be taking place at Nokia Plaza at L.A. LIVE.  The concert is outdoors, so dress warm and arrive early.  The list of performers include the following:

•  Pop/soft rock singing legend Barry Manilow.

•  Pop/R&B singer Cody Simpson.

• R&B singer Eric Benet.

• Pop/rock/folk singer Sarah Brightman.

• Latin rock/hip hop band Ozomatli (Wil-Dog Abers, Raúl Pacheco, Justin Porée, Asdrubal Sierra, Ulises Bella, Jiro Yamaguchi & Mario Calire).

•  R&B/jazz saxophonist Boney James.

Pete Escovedo and the Latin Jazz Orchestra will be performing a free outdoor concert at the Hollywood & Highland Center tonight!  The concert runs from 7-9 p.m. in the central courtyard area of the complex.  Seating is first-come, first-served, so arrive early.

March 6, 2012 - Oreo celebration at The Grove today with a free mystery musical performance

 The Oreo cookie celebrating their 100th birthday today with a free outdoor concert!  The only hint given to who's performing is it's a 7 time Grammy Award winning group.  The only groups to win a Grammy 7 times are The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Coldplay and Lady Antebellum (who are my guess...but it's only a guess).  This big event is happening at The Grove in The Park area at 11:00 AM.
